kidSTREAM's 2021-2022 FIRST LEGO League Season is here! This year, FLL Explore is open to children ages 6-10. Our season officially begins February 1, 2022, however sign -up between September 1 - October 31, 2021 to get the Early Bird discount on your child's registration, which is a savings of $10 per registrant!
This program is designed to inspire youth to experiment and grow their critical thinking, coding, and design skills through hands-on STEM learning centered around a yearly theme, using the play elements of LEGOs.
Registration fee includes:
- Engineering Notebook for each team member
- Cargo Connect Explore Set, used by the team to complete their challenge for the season
- Use of WeDo 2.0 set for the team to program and code combining LEGO elements to further the Cargo Connect curriculum
- Additional use of LEGO bricks to embellish team design
- Custom Team T-Shirts
- Personalized LEGO Mini-figure for each team member
- kidSTREAM FIRST LEGO League EXPO Ticket; the culminating event where teams will showcase their builds, plus additional fun activities and surprises!
Limited financial hardship assistance is available for those who qualify.
